Mr. Shashank Paranjape commenced the real estate business with his brother Mr. Shrikant Paranjape in 1987. Mr. Shashank is known for ethics and transparency in business, earning him trust and faith in a customer base of more than 15,000 families.
He is the Managing Director of Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. He is an enthusiastic businessman with a good business acumen garnering him accolades and recognition. In a span of over three decades, his vision has fostered the growth of Paranjape Schemes in various real estate segments like Residential, Commercial, Townships, Hospitality, Senior-Living, SEZs and Educational Institutes.
Mr. Paranjape’s forte lies in providing an insightful vision and getting it implemented meticulously. With an experience in the field of Early Childhood Care & Education for over twenty five years, Ms. Vaidehi Moghe has played a key role in re-inventing the Pre-Primary Section of Blue Ridge Public School.
She has authored books for a systematic approach in English Reading and Readiness Activity for the age group of 3 to 5 years of age; and is currently working on a cohesive thematic approach bringing in a multi-disciplinary learning system for this age group.
Ms. Moghe is an ardent educator who believes in adapting a Play-way method in formulating a succinct system to capture the Readiness period of each child without burdening the innocent minds. Her motto has always been to instill an attribute to learn how to learn and to develop critical thinking in her students.
She conducts Refresher Workshops for Teachers to keep them conversant with current teaching skills. She has handled children under speculation as slow learners, ADHD and non-specific disabilities in an integrated class in her early days as a teacher.
Being connected with Rotary Club for more than three decades, she has participated in social causes in bringing up children of the lower socio-economic community.
Ms. Moghe runs free private coaching classes for needy children in the age group of 5 to 16 years on weekends.
Trained in classical dance – Bharat Natyam and playing the Sitar, she has a keen interest in performing arts which benefits in motivating creativity in her team of teachers and students alike.

Being inclined towards social responsibility, Meghali has contributed in various charity programs run by organizations like CRY and SAKAL FUNDS.
